The news that 14% of Zappos employees took the company’s offered buyout has got Jim and Steve ruminating on their interview  a couple weeks ago with the man who helped Zappo’s become boss-less (or is it “boss-free”?).  Jim sees the news as a red flag, but Steve says it’s a healthy pruning.
